JOSEPH MCINTOSH, CPA, CKA
WEALTH MANAGEMENT, PARTNER

I am a graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Accounting and Real Estate.  After undergraduate, I received a Master of Science in Taxation and earned my certificate as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Following graduate school, I spent several years working with the Big 4 accounting firm, Ernst & Young, LLP, in tax advisory services.  During my time with E&Y, I served Fortune 1000 and various large multi-national companies.  It was this analytical public accounting experience that began to shape my thinking on how everyday investors—you and me—should invest retirement savings, money for children and grandkids’ education, or assets to achieve personal aspirations and long-term goals.

The desire to help others set and achieve their individual financial goals led me to a career in personal wealth management, a career –“a calling” – that combines my love of finance with a passion to serve people. As a CPA, I am bound by law and personal integrity to a fiduciary responsibility to the clients I serve.  I joined Steward Wealth Management because of our firm’s ability to provide independent objective advice grounded in Nobel Prize acclaimed research.

My wife and I are natives of the DFW metroplex and currently reside in the North Dallas area, where we are active in our local church and community activities.
